Welcome back to the iconic Safety Bay Yacht club built in the 1960's. Nestled in Safety bay you'll find windsurfing and other ocean activity enthusiasts along with pelicans and other sea animals sharing this glorious coastal area. With its blend of calm waters, golden sunsets and the vibrant seaside spirit, Safety Bay provides the perfect backdrop to pause, breathe and connect.

So as the sun sets over the water, join me in allowing the rythm of your breath to carry you inward; dissolving stress, unlocking new energy and creating space for peace and expansion.

Fortnightly sessions from 2nd October - you may purchase “Drop In” tickets and/or for those ready to make the full commitment there’s is an option just for you where you can pay upfront for all 5 sessions with 10% discount.
