9D Breathwork-infused Spinal Energetics group session is proudly offered at Breath of Life HQ studio in Mandurah.
The Heart Studio and/or other venues; check the Event page to find where I am. These sessions will guide you through powerful breathwork and energy practices in a supportive group environment. Please note as this is a group session you are amongst others who are deep in their journeys. Whilst these groups are small and intimate, they can sometimes be confronting and may disturb your journey. If you are sensitive to the environment I highly suggest 1:1.
In Person Spinal Energetics Sessions held Monthly at The Heart Studio, Fremantle; enjoy the beautiful ambience of the gorgeous old heritage building comprising of wooden floor boards, huge arch windows and the acoustics of the large open space upstairs. Complimented by the downstairs gift shop for pre and post session retail therapy and communal space to take a breath and be loved on by the resident pooches. These sessions are only available Monthly on Saturdays~ Please check my schedule for dates.
I also accommodate Private 1:1 and 1:2 Breathwork at The HeART Studio and will be having Monthly Group sessions with special guests to co-host - see dates available.

Enjoy a personalised 9D Breathwork session infused with Spinal Energetics in your own space. This is a minimum of 2 people, making it perfect to share with a partner, friend, or loved one.
If you’d like to create a private group experience with family and/or friends, I’m happy to accommodate this as well.
