Spinal Energetics works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to help release stored stress, tension, emotional holding patterns, and survival responses, creating greater flow, safety, and regulation within the body ✨

Nestled in Safety bay you'll find windsurfing and other ocean activity enthusiasts along with pelicans and other sea animals sharing this glorious coastal area. With its blend of calm waters, golden sunsets and the vibrant seaside spirit, Safety Bay provides the perfect backdrop to pause, breathe and connect.
So as the sun sets over the water, join me in allowing the rythm of your breath to carry you inward; dissolving stress, unlocking new energy and creating space for peace and expansion.
